Traditional dishes for TAMU Hotel & Suites Kuala Lumpur Ramadan buffet

KUALA LUMPUR, April 6  – Be spoilt for choice this holy month of Ramadan when you savour TAMU Hotel & Suites Kuala Lumpur’s Suasana @ 27 restaurantssumptuous ‘Buka Puasa’ with ‘Ihya’ Ramadan’ as its theme for this year.

The breaking fast buffet which will run from April 13 until May 11 offers a delightful blend of traditional dishes served during the Hari Raya season as well as Malaysian and international favourites from the world over.

Its Executive chef, Mohd Azman Jemangin said, one must not miss trying all of the dishes which offer truly authentic traditional cooking.

“For Buka Puasa, we have our chef reliving Malaysian ‘kampung’ dishes such as Sup Gearbox, Patin Tempoyak, Asam Pedas Ekor, Kari 7 Lautan, Daging Dendeng, SayurLemak Ubi and selection of noodles,” he said at the previewof TAMU Hotel & Suites Kuala Lumpur Buffet Ramadan, here, recently.

“We have 10 must-try stalls that will meet your taste buds such as our specialty stall, Nasi Arab from Middle East,” he added.

Be treated to spectacular desserts such as assorted French pastries, a selection of Malay kuih, various types of dates, cakes, Bubur and other traditional desserts.

For a more private and exclusive dining experience, guests are also able to indulge in the ‘Hidangan Nasi Arab Dulang Ramadan’ at the TAMU Sky Lounge on Level 40.

A special promotional price of RM99 nett per person for the buffet is available from now until April 12, while the normal price at RM129 nett per adult, RM77 nett per senior citizen and RM63 nett per child is applicable from April 13 to May 11.

While for the dining experience at TAMU Sky Lounge, prices are RM250 nett per person with a maximum of eight pax.
