Eaic, Jawi To Host Ihya' Dan Erat Ramadan Programme With #gengsubuhmacamjumaat

 KUALA LUMPUR, March 21 (Bernama) -- The Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC) and the Federal Territories Islamic Religious Department (JAWI) will organise the Ihya' dan ERAT Ramadan programme with #GENGSUBUHMACAMJUMAAT at the Federal Territory Mosque on Sunday (March 24).

The programme, which will be launched by Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Dr Mohd Na’im Mokhtar, will feature actor and singer Alif Satar, the pioneer of the 'Geng Subuh Macam Jumaat' campaign.

"The public is invited to attend the programme which will begin at 4.15 am with ‘qiamullail’ (night prayers), ‘sahur’ (pre-dawn meal), and congregational Subuh (morning) prayers.

"There will also be a lecture session by Assoc Prof Datuk Dr Mohd Izhar Ariff Mohd Kashim from the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia," the EAIC said in a statement today.

EAIC said people will also have the opportunity to win sponsored prizes such as umrah packages and cash through a Quran memorisation competition, special draws by Bank Islam, and the distribution of Subuh packets to children.
